Folder Forge Manual Download
Open the MC launcher, and you should have a new profile called 'Forge'. If not, create one, and under version selector, click the version of MC 1.7.10 with forge installed. Now, quit game again and put the file you have downloaded from either the forum post or here straight into the mods folder that should have appeared in your MC. Needs approval by one of the R-Forge Administration and Development Team members. It is also possible to download them as RSS feeds.
